“Nice stay”

“Clean room clean hotel excellent staff”

“The room was nice . If you bring a Amazon Firestick or anything to hook to your TV they no longer provide wifi for your television. The Hot Tub in the pool are was Luke Warm at Best and the Breakfast Buffet was SubPar. Both the eggs and potatoes were loaded with red and green peppers which I assume not everyone likes , I know I don't. There is much better places to stay in Shakopee so I won't be going back to Americinn ”

“The trip started with them grilling me about my disability and service animal. I chose Holiday Inn for my trip to Shakopee two weeks later. Not trying to save money again not worth it. ”

“Anna personally asked me how I was multiple times. Hands down best hotel experience I've had in a few months. Very quiet too which was nice. ”

“I found my stay to be a tale of two different stories. The room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny. There were stains on the walls and a pillowcase. The bed was comfortable. The elevator didn't work. The courtyard was very nice and the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Overall we were satisfied with our stay, but perplexed that some things were so nice and others not up to par.”

“We have stayed here MANY times and it seems to be going down hill quickly. The rooms need updating and the hotel inside and out is dirtier than when we first stayed. We agreed that this would probably be our last stay.”

“The staff is very friendly and cordial. The hotel is noisy with hall traffic, rooms have few amenities, no microwave and pretty basic bare bones...”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Not far from the Mall of America. Parking sucks but it’s free. Our 1st room door didn’t “hatch” but they quickly switched my room. I love that the pool is open until midnight for adults and 10 for children. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Definitely worth your money and made my experience even more enjoyable! ”
